 Cheek swab samples are collected from test participants by gently rubbing a swab on the inside of their cheeks. Millions of cells are shed daily inside your mouth and these cells all contain DNA, which will be used to perform the paternity test. If you choose the Home Collection test, you'll collect these swabs yourself - fast and simple. If you wish to use your test results for legal purposes, an official Draw Site must collect the samples so that the "chain of custody" is maintained.
